House washing requires a soft washing with special chemicals depending on the surface and condition of the house. These decisions for chemicals are always made on-site. We begin with a pretreat of the house, which we let sit and then we do a rinse of the entire house.

All outlets are covered and we look for any debris on the surface before we begin that could cause damage if they were to shoot up and fly into a window, car, etc. All grass is soaked before we pretreat to avoid damaging the grass if we used chemicals. 

After the service we like to check on the property within the next 1-3 days to see how it dried and any blemishes or imperfections we will touch up free of charge.
