Generally with Driveway and Walkway cleaning we make a decision on-site on whether to pretreat the concrete with chemicals before we bring in the surface cleaner or pressure washer wand. This decision is made based on the condition of the concrete and any bulild up of mold and grime. After which, we use our 20 inch Surface cleaner for all Driveways and our pressure wand for most walkways. 

All outlets are covered and we look for any debris on the surface before we begin that could cause damage if they were to shoot up and fly into a window, car, etc. All grass is soaked before we pretreat to avoid damaging the grass if we used chemicals. 

After the service we like to check on the property within the next 1-3 days to see how it dried and any blemishes or imperfections we will touch up free of charge.
